Trier is somehow able to balance humanity and drama, in OSLO AUGUST 31. Appearing in less of a portrait and more of a journal is the character of Anders. There's no shiny exterior to save us from seeing all the ways in which he’s is alienated, and more importantly, all the ways in which he's just like us.
